“Older hotel with great history and outstanding restaurant. The owner visited with us a number of times in lobby area. Rooms are fine, older individual furnished, but need attention. Easy walk to River one way and Cathederal the other. Hotel has history of ghosts! ”

“Municipal Grand was only a few months old when we visited. Originally a bank and then a municipal courthouse, the renovation has been amazing. So cool, so hip, so fun! The entire lobby is a bar, and the rooms were perfect +if a bit small). We did not make it up to the rooftop pool, might have made this place even better. ”

“We had a lovely stay at the Present! We will definitely be back again! Mark was onsite during our check in and he was super friendly and kind and gave us great suggestions for where to go for food in the city.
The property was quiet and very clean and well kept. The only issue we ran into was the AC wasn’t working on our first night on the 4th floor but they let us stay in another unit the first night (206) it was super cute and cozy.
Then we moved to unit 401 for the remainder of the trip...

“Food was delicious. Nicole was a great house manager. She cooked, cleaned and was so friendly. We really enjoyed her company . We actually invited her to sit with us as she was so nice. “We had a few issues on arrival with the room, but the management team made things right for us the following day. We were very happy with the room facing out onto the Savannah river. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel. Based on our experience we would definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency Savannah on our next trip”
