“Clean, well-decorated room and a nice breakfast experience. I found the room to be quiet, even though there was construction underway right across the street. Walking distance to downtown SLO. My only complaint is that it’s on a relatively busy corner and it can be a slight nuisance getting in and out of the parking lot. That was a minor issue though, and the experience overall was amazing!”

“The property sits on a cliff and overlooks Pismo Beach and beautiful ocean. I came with my granddaughters and husband and we stayed in a room on the second floor overlooking the ocean. The place has no elevators which made it hard to take luggage upstairs. I recommend staying on the lower floor. No daily HK, you need to request services. I asked the staff to pick up wet towels which wasnt done. No body soap the first day we were there but the came the following day based on our request. ...

“What a special property! Loved our suite with giant jacuzzi tub and spacious living/bedroom area. Happy hour was nice with a great selection wines and beers. Very clean and staff was friendly.”

“The hotel provides great breakfast which is satified and healthy. I skiped it on the first day but immidaitely regret when I tried it on the 2nd day. Be aware the noisy at night, the hotel is near a bank parking lot which could be noisy at night. That's the only downside for me to stay here.”

“We called the front office about a noise complaint, there were people with a big dog staying in the room above ours, for house we just heard footsteps, furniture moving, dog barking and footsteps. We called the next morning asking for a different room and was told if there was a complaint they would talk to them. Next night new people were staying above us and showed up drunk yelling at each other at midnight. I had to turn the tv on and the ac unit on due to not waking my dog and my pregnant...
