“Room very clean and staff very friendly!”

“The stay was, for the most part, good. However, we stayed for three nights, and housekeeping never entered our room. I think they should have come in at least once to empty the trash and do a few minor checks. Parking was a little challenging, especially in the beginning with large mobile cranes doing some type of work in the parking lot. The breakfast was good.”

“Unhappy with my stay, we were there for 3 nights. No hairdryer in the room, housekeeping never came to clean out garbage or to give us new towels. TV never had service, no input constantly on the screen after I tried to unplug many times.”

“The beds were 'done'. When I sat down my butt was basically on the box spring. The bathroom was grungy - just old and tired, black mouldy grout. The breakfast did not have any juice, bananas or yoghurt - things I missed. We didn't get the room we booked - I booked a room with a couch, instead we got two queens. We were on the road all day and when I sit in the car all day, I don't want to sit on a bed all evening - very uncomfortable. There was one computer chair buy that was taken by...

“Not organized and lost our reservation even though we had prepaid and had several confirmations from Expedia and the hotel itself. We were told we were on a waitlist and after a 14 hour drive, had to sit outside the lobby for over an hour and a half before they resolved the issue. Rooms were not cleaned properly, and no one was available after 9pm when the office closed. This caused extra stress and anxiety about getting back before 9pm because the first night our friends returned around 10:30pm...
