“Dinner staff were amazing, when I was checking in one of the front desks (the man) was swearing loudly to be heard through the lobby. The lady was kind. Room was kinda oddly smelling, didn’t realize until we got there there was parking fee. ”

“DISGUSTING! I don’t know how they charge money for this place. The “No Smoking” signs posted all over the property were a joke; people were literally smoking in the hallways. It smelt and looked like a dumpster. I traveled with my two girls and they were scared; I had to demand an escort. It was just a layover, and after getting there, we should have stayed in the airport. ”

“Hot tub was dirty, didn’t seem to get cleaned the whole time. It had foam so thick and debris. The shower was the worst part, it does not get hot and barely gets warm! The location is excellent and the hotel always smells nice and clean and it’s a good atmosphere. Would have been a perfect review if it weren’t for the shower and hot tub.”

“There was zero water pressure. Difficult to even shower. Water in sink only came out very hot. I picked this location only because how close it is to the Inter Miami stadium….15 mins walking. ”
