“Second time staying here and it was great again! Did not disappoint.”

“Clean room”

“It was an okay stay. I expected a bit more of the room quality for the price. I was on the second floor, which seemed nice, but there was a smell of moisture. When I first got into the room, it still smelled of moisture, and the carpet was damp enough to wet my socks by walking a few feet across the floor. I stayed four days and room service never collected dirty towels or changed the sheets. Overall it was a roof over my head, but I would choose somewhere else next time or ask to change rooms.”

“Frig and microwave in spacious room. Cold breakfast available. Coffee in room and lobby. Vending and ice machine in lobby. No pool. Lobby bathroom out of order. I’d stay again. ”

“Clean rooms. The indoor pool was ice cold, no heater. The breakfast was cold.”

“Room was clean, but the elevator was not working and at 65 with knee and ankle replacements made that a big issue”

“Amazing staff and room. I was surprised for my room to be a nice as it was for the price. Everyone was super helpful and understanding when I had an extra guest.”

“My technicians belongings were removed from his room and placed in an area where general public had access to. And eventually stole his stuff. We asked the manager for an explanation on why his staff would not have secured his belongings and he had no answers for us, no recourse offered. He filed a police report and was then asked to leave the property. I will never stay there again or recommend otherwise.”

“Staff was great! Room was clean, I requested a crib and it wasn’t just a pack and play, they provided a much better crib and more comfortable. Our beds were very comfortable as well. Mathew is the front desk was very attentive too. Would definitely stay here again.”

“hotel abbastanza pulito ,colazione e parcheggio sufficenti. Un po' fuori mano come locazione Avuto solo sorpresa con terzo letto che era un divano molto scomodo e abbiamo dovuto prepararlo noi in quanto mancvano le lenzuola e il cuscino Il cuscino che ci avevano dato era sporco di rossetto e abbiamo dovuto cambiarlo”

“Although the staff was nice : I have to say the hotel is so outdated . My shower smelled like pee . The carpet was wet from them shampooing.. The curtains had mildew… the breakfast was precooked food that required warming to be edible… this wasn’t my favorite stay.”

“Memphis can be a sketchy place, but this hotel wasn't. Front desk was helpful, room was clean/quiet and the breakfast was good. 10/10”
