“Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) “Our stay at Cold Spring Lodge in the Catskills was fantastic. The location is perfect, central to everything we wanted to see and do in the area. The cabin had a cozy, homey feel that really gave us that classic camping experience we were looking for. Most of all, the manager, Rose, made our trip even better. Her communication was AMAZING from the moment we booked until the day we checked out. She was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d absolutely stay here again!”

“Hosts were very nice and communicative and they allowed an early check in because of a snow storm. However, the cabin was very dirty. The prior guest had been staying there for two months with a dog prior to our arrival and it was not adequately cleaned. There was dog hair covering the couch. The couch and pillows smelled like dog.
