“Comfortable beds, good lighting in the bathroom. Continental breakfast was available all the time, which was very helpful for an early checkout.”

“Very pleasant overnight stay. "Worst" complaint I could make was that it took a little while for hot water to get from tank to shower...but it did become nice and hot.”

“Only two elevators and one was broken so during busy times there was a long wait. Requested the room to be cleaned but I guess they forgot so no clean towels and the shampoo and conditioner were empty. Otherwise it was nice”

“Classico Motel, economico e molto pulito. La struttura è le camere sono state ristrutturare di recente. Letto comodo, piccolo spazio cucina per chi dovesse fermarsi di più. ”

“This was my first time staying in a Best Western. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and they went out of their way to help you. We had to leave before breakfast but they had muffins and yogurt available for us. Shuttle to the Cleveland airport was on time and we were dropped off right off at our airline door.”
