“Every employee we encountered was friendly. No issues there. Valet was quick and easy, pricey as it was $52 for the night. Room was simple modern #703. Appeared to be in an old part of the building and so it was absolutely freezing in the hallways. We had our room set to 76 all night because it was so cold, heat wasn’t consistent at all. Very basic room. No microwave and no coffee machine which was very disappointing but didn’t mention on website that it had one. Did request a view of the city...

“Our 2nd stay here and we will continue to be return customers when we visit family here. Wonderful staff, nice room, great location for us and a great look. Just FYI, the phone in our room didn’t work but it was ok. It was frustrating to have to flip through every channel to find a show as the system did not let us use guide or info. That is worth a complaint. We also tried to connect our laptop tooth the HDMI input on the tv but the remote would not let us change inputs . Things to think...

“We only stayed here for an evening while driving home for Christmas. We were pretty exhausted and got there later than expected. The staff was so kind and welcoming, it really felt like we could just exhale and relax for our short stay. We even had our little dog, and one of the attendants gave him a treat which he loved. “I have stayed at The Intercontinental several times, durimg my visits to the Cleveland Clinic. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Linens are very soft. The staff, all the way from desk assistance to restaurant staff were always so helpful. Much needed when navigating the clinic. ”
