“We booked this place for our last night of our honeymoon, but when we arrived, we could not even get in. We had never received any information, including any emails, messages, or anything. When we tried to call and text multiple times, over the course of 30 minutes, there was no response. We then had to leave, and find other accommodations at the last minute. “We liked everything about the Hotel except the elevator was not working Being my wife uses a cane and has significant mobility issues this created a real problem for us They tried their best by upgrading our room and not charging for parking but I rather have had them notify me ahead of time We loved the room and the amenities all very modern and no detail left undone The staff were excellent and the location is outstanding with a variety of good restaurants and fun things to do”
