“The room itself was very nice and well put together! AC kept us cool all night, the view was nice, and there was ample space. The only problems we had was the shower was very dirty (combination of stains, hair, marks), the towels had numerous stains in them, and services were not easily accessible after hours.”

“Very large and comfortable king size room with sofa and everything. Much appreciated the buffet breakfast included and the valet parking service. The location in the very city centre is a plus.”

“Breakfast was good with several hot options, hard to keep everything stocked, but staff tried. It is not the cheapest hotel, so I was surprised to pay $21 a night for onsite parking. Room was spacious and good water pressure in the shower. Wish AC was stronger, it never got below 72 even though we had it on high the entire time.”

“Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.”

“Motel americano, cioè vicino alle grosse vie di transito con i vantaggi e gli svantaggi del caso, facile da trovare anche senza GPS vs rumorosità (i tappi nelle orecchie aiutano). La struttura meriterebbe un Lifting. Letti comodi. Personale molto disponibile. Piscina non provata”

“While the staff was excellent ..... the Extended Stay Corporate office SUCKES!!!!! My sister-in-law and I both put down your $50.00 deposit for incidentals and it's been 6 weeks and no return off our deposits!!! There are no reason that our deposits have not been returned. I have sent an email and my sister-in-law has called twice and got nothing but the run around!!! I guess going on all my social media accounts and set them to public to let EVEREYONE know what a crappy company this...

“Everything was ideal to the room size to the excellent shower. The location is ideal to anybody visiting the area and is easy to navigate around. Definitely would recommend this location to anybody who has the means to afford it.”
