“The property is conveniently, located to downtown Charleston, driving, but real close to the Yorktown exhibit. This was a back-up for a our family after a bad VRBO experience in downtown Charleston that was booked same day. Great property, nice pool, and bar tenders were awesome, including Taylor.”

“Great location! About a mile from Patriots Point, just a short couple of turns then over the bridge into Charleston, 5 miles away from the Boone Hall Plantation, room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and you have free parking.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very spacious and quiet on the 3rd floor. Front desk provided great recommendations. We enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink served by a friendly bartender and caught a beautiful sunset from the rooftop. Parking was across the street & location was walkable to Market St, historic sites and the water taxi. We look forward to a return visit!”

“The property is well located for downtown activities and dining; walking to most places. Valet parking (pricey) is really the only option, because negotiating suitcases on Charleston uneven sidewalks from a garage is a non-starter. We liked the morning breakfast, and the quiet rooms and comfortable bed, but the standard rooms are very small, making it difficult to open 2 suitcases on the floor, and still have walking room. Overall, though, we liked the property, but if we returned, we would need...

“We had a balcony room overlooking the pool so we were able to sit put there before dinner people watching and listening to the music coming from across the river. We walked to dinner each night, which was nice after a day of sightseeing and one afternoon the Airforce was practicing for an airshow that weekend. We were able to see the fly-bys from the balcony. We had a great visit.”

“No bedbugs in room 329. Frig froze my stuff. Loud a/c unit. Very damp in the room. Dirty pool. Didn't get the adjoining rooms I requested and confirmed in March for June stay. Great parking lot. Kinda meh this time. May try a different hotel next time”

“The pool is an algae green color that was very off-putting to my children. The maid service was absent even after we called the front desk twice to request maid service. Children were running up and down the hallways all night long— which is no fault of the hotel. The beds are horribly uncomfortable.”
