“The room we got was not as advertised. 14 minutes away from the beach. No elevator, no ice nearby, no laundry, no housekeeping. Carpet in the room and not well decorated. our view was of an AC unit. Plenty of Roaches waiting for us every night outside our door. Last year, we booked the exact same stay as this year through Expedia and it was a night and day experience.”

“Super clean resort with gorgeous ocean and pool view rooms. The resort needs to hire an activity staff team to coordinate things to do during the stay.”

“Breakfast sucked and for a similarly priced room , I could have stayed at the hampton closer to the beach and with a top toer breakfast. Beds were stiff as a rock. Staff were nice and professional.”
