“The host is very communicative and responds to questions in a timely manner. They met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property and where things were and how they worked. They are also very generous as we had lost power at our house to recent storms and they let us check in a little earlier than the stated check in time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to just sit back and relax. We caught a lot of little catfish and a few small baby bass off the well lit dock....

“Could be a nice place but not well maintained and not cleaned well at all. Has all the necessities and is in a nice quiet neighborhood and fine if you are coming just to fish and don’t want to drive anywhere. Good for people who don’t care about any of the above and just want a place to sleep between fishing. Random food remains like cereal and nuts and used napkins under ottomans (someone obviously vacuumed around furniture without moving ). Whatever cleaner was used on kitchen floor...
