Hotel vicino a Onion Creek Club - Austin

“Breakfast was good. But bed was uncomfortable, very firm couldn’t sleep well.Also, pillow was really tired and flat. They should change pillows. Kitchenette has not enough things, plate was tipped and just one fork and no spoon, just tea spoons. We did not use it after saw them. Kind of useless kitchenette. Full refrigerator was nice. But overall, I feel not value for the money. ”

I stayed here 3 nights. 1st night they were unwilling to give me a downstairs room without a big up charge even after explaining I have a disability and have a bad time with stairs then I decided to book the 2nd and left early in the morning for business, then I rebooked the room before check out time. “Great location,near multiple stores and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful, limited parking in front but garage parking available for free. Clean comfortable safe and aesthetically pleasing will stay here again ”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!! i checked in on a tuesday and there was a piece of pasta in the hall by the elevator and when i left on Saturday morning it was still there the elevator floor is nasty and the whole place smelled. In the room next to us there was a woman screaming for help the she was getting beaten. At least 2 of the nights the police were there arresting someone. ”

“Property is dated. Location isn't great, it's $50 Uber to get to downtown area. Pool was small and filthy. Laundry only had one machine operational so we had to wait a long time for a washer/dryer. I'll stay elsewhere next time I visit Austin. ”
