Hotel a Ooltewah

“Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. ”

“The rooms were very clean and nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast area that had staff there during the morning hours. They kept it cleaned and stocked well.”

“There was a 100 hold on one our card for any damage caused by our stay. There was little bit rough spot in room. It caused little bit anxiety that the place will changes us for damage that was there before us. So we felt anxious about our little kids messing so those predamage spot. Then around 5:30 to 6:30 the next room over keep slamming their door open. There was some dead bug in the bathroom. ”

“The room reeked of marijuana. There was mold in the freezer section of the refrigerator.”

“Breakfast menu was surprisingly good for a hotel in this price range Bed and room were very comfortable and functional and the television got many cable channels Just needed a place to rest for one night on our way home and this hotel fit the bill”

“CLEAN! Room was spacious, appeared brand new! Bed comfortable. Temp perfect. Small electric two burner stove top, microwave, full apprtment size fridge. :-( Room was too bright at night as window blind allowed light, microwave clock added excessive light :-( No carpet in rooms. Listen to moving furniture noise traveling easily. ”

“Bathroom Exhaust doesn’t work separately. Breakfast could be better. Location was good and safe. ”

“Upon check in, we learned the pet fee was an additional $75. The beds were too soft. There was no microwave in the rooms so we had to go down to the lobby and use a common microwave. There was no coffee machine in the room. They had an ice machine but no cups provided in the room. The breakfast was good. ”

“Elevator tried to trap us in TWICE! I started to not get back on after the first scare but with a stroller & 9 month old, it was pretty much impossible to avoid. The room wasn’t the cleanest. Smudges on all dark surfaces.There was hair on the shower ceiling, tiny black hairs all on the king sheets. Pillows were nearly flat as pancakes. The bed/couch my daughter was supposed to sleep on was dirty and stained up pretty bad. There were only 3 towels in the room when we arrived, had to go ask for...

“The breakfast was a little disappointing. There was no jelly for biscuits, no coffee machine, and limited food options, but they did have a waffle maker. The lighting in the room and bathroom was very dim, but the room was nice and the bed comfortable. The room was hot when we arrived because the AC was turned off, but otherwise we had a good stay.”
