“The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff was excellent! It was in close proximity to all shopping and dining. I would highly recommend extended stay in Temple Texas!”

The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay, which really made a difference. Parking felt safe and secure, and the location offered easy access to the freeway, making it convenient to get around. The only downside was the breakfast. “For the price we paid for this room it was such and unpleasant stay. Tv not working staff NO help . Never have I had to pay a $50.00 deposit to stay at a Hampton Inn. I asked for a receipt and was clearly told I had to get my receipt from Expedia. I have never ever had this issue ! Very disappointed as Hampton is my choice of Hotel! ”

“Front desk that was there at checkin was rude when explaining the pool and spa was closed. Said i could cancel and good luck finding a place to stay because of graduations going on in the area. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool and spa. We ended up canceling our reservation and staying with family. Definitely won't stay there again.”

“Room was very clean. Only problem was having to wait for hot water. You would have to let it run for at least 10 minutes for it to heat up.”

“There’s no pool sadly but the kitchen was a nice touch! Some units have new appliances while others had old wear and tear and stains. There’s no deposit required so that was a plus and the picnic area was nice. It smelled of cigarettes and weed in some areas even our room it would smell even though we had a non-smoking room, even through out the day.”
