“Everything was first class and excellent. I only have one negative thing to say. The WiFi was lousy. We were attempting to broadcast a livestream after the trial we covered and the WiFi was terrible. Other than that, everything else was great.”

“Fantastic welcome, quick check-in, enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks in private lounge, enjoyed delicious dinner in the modern bar and restaurant area, air conditioning in room was noisy and room felt humid but slept divinely just the same, nice breakfast and fast checkout. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even valet parking staff. Will return”

“Everything was amazing. Check In was super easy. The on site staff were super helpful and approachable. Parking right in the driveway like you are at home. Walking distance to downtown and all the fun surrounding neighborhoods. Even a fun porch off our room. ”

“I stay at a lot of hotels - this was a quick trip for a memorial and business meeting. 24 hours in winter park - the gentleman at the front desk upon arrival was the friendliest, professional and bright young man I was happy to also see the next day upon check out. I encounter a lot of hotel employees in my travels - he set the bar. Hope to find more like him out there! ”
