“The room looked clean but had a roach problem. We must have killed at least a dozen before we checked out. I told the staff about it but they seemed surprised at the news. There were dead ones smashed against the bathroom door also. I asked for more towels on our second day and they never came. Went back to the office and front desk was like they didn’t take any to you? I was said no, so she had me wait outside the laundry room till she got me some. We need to stay an extra day, but booked...

“it is an old hotel, pool was dirty, small parking lot, used condom left in parking lot at the bottom of the stairs, I was charged a deposit to the room. I was told it would be credited back to my card it wasn't. I called the manager she said by the latest it would be credited by Friday and wasn't. called my card and I'm deputing the charge. the bed was comfortable the room was clean, no coffee pot, no breakfast in lobby. 1 out of 10 I give this place a 1”
