“Everything was good for a one night stay”

“Great location to see a show at the Elsinore Theatre. Valet staff very helpful to find street parking.”

“The continental breakfast was very limited. They used to have yogurt and peanut butter which they did not have anymore. They did not have half and half for coffee. By the end of our stay there was only grape jelly left for the bread. If you're diabetic you probably would not find anything to eat in the morning. The room was reasonably clean. Though there was stains in the carpet in the hallways and dinged paint and just noticeable where. Staff was very friendly.”

“TV wasn’t programmed for viewing. The receptionist came to room and got it going. Shower head had almost no pressure or water. My wife thought the bed was uncomfortable . Nothing available in the morning except coffee. Overall, the room was very clean and nice.”

“It was a clean room. Refrigerator not cold. Ice machine on our foor was broken. No wifi for the entire night. They did give us free breakfast to make up for shortcomings. Worked for Doubletree Hotels in my early career. It was a grander chain of hotels back then. I would stay there again if they fixed all their problems. Terrible parking lot.”

“The bed was very comfortable as was the desk chair. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the hot breakfast, fruit, and juices in the morning.”

“Remodeled hotel. Our bathroom had mildew above shower on the walls. Needs cleaned off. Beds were a little hard.”

“The location is very close to highway 5. The higher the room number, the closer you are to the highway. Stay away from rooms higher than 20 (120+, 220+, etc.) Grocery shopping is a 10 min drive away. Breakfast is included and, well, it's highway hotel standard, dry bagels, yoghurt and scrambled eggs. Staff is friendly, parking is plenty.”

“It was a decent room except there was rat poop on top of the counter space. Just wiped it up ourselves because we needed a place to stay for the weekend.”

“Room was clean, bathroom looked like the maid left half way through the job. Walls were gunky, toilet didn’t appear to have been cleaned, shower was nice and clean. Parked right outside our room so we could keep an eye on the car. Staff was friendly.”
