“I am writing this review regarding an experience my family had during our stay in room 132 at your hotel this past weekend. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we first entered the room, there was a strong stagnant and stale smell. We turned on the air conditioning and opened the window to improve the airflow, assuming the room may have simply been closed up for some time. Additionally, the bathroom door would not close...

“Soaking tub was very nice. Bed was very comfortable but we're glad we brought our own pillows as the room's had no support as seems to be typical for hotels nowadays. Not enough light in the bedroom. Tile floor in the main room was sticky - we think it's the cleaning products because it didn’t appear dirty but it was still kind of ick, especially with bare feet. Wifi barely supported checking email. We didn't do the breakfast. That said, we felt very safe and the staff were lovely. The location...
