“This is our second stay in this hotel. Rooms are big, beds are comfy, washroom is huge. Breakfast is amazing. Staff is ao nice.”

“Unfortunately my wife forgot her necklaces on the night table and now they are gone. I am not blaming anyone but we know 100% sure we left them on the table accidentally”

“Just one elevator for a large hotel so constantly being used. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well and the breakfast was just okay.”

“We were very pleased with the hotel. We had a bit of a mishap with the room that we booked and called down to the manager at 10 at night. The manager was extremely accommodating and was up to our room within five minutes with a solution. The day manager seemed to seek us out over the next two days to ensure our stay was going well and that everything was satisfactory. Very happy with the service and the outcome.”

“The room was nice but the beds were very hard, lumpy, and both beds had squeaky springs. Every minor movement made loud creaking and it woke my baby up throughout the night. The pool heater and hottub jets were both broken. The staff were polite but also very pushy for us to purchase their private parkade parking, however we were fine on the street.”

“Nice to have a quick breakfast included. Gym only had 1 working treadmill and weight machine was not usable. There was a bench but no freeweights. Pool was clean and slide was a fun bonus. Staff was wonderful.”
