Location was good, but my experience was so bad, that if this was the only experience I ever had in Orlando, I would never return. The hotel had the Rosen name attached to it. I have stayed in other Rosen properties and had good experiences, so I thought this would be similar. If I were the Rosen's I would remove my name from this property. The front desk staff were competent, but they are not supported by management. They did not have any record of my reservation even though I had paperwork to show them I did have a reservation. I called Expedia for assistance and told that 10 minutes should take care of it. Long story short is was almost 2 hours before I got a room. I was not the only one having problems--it seems like everyone had challenges getting checked in and it was not the front desk staff's fault but they were frustrated by the constant problems to deal with and no one from management ever showed their face to help. While I waited, I decided to eat in their buffet restaurant (now 9 p.m.). Worst meal I remember ever having to pay for.
