“I had a problem on my arrival at 00.40.
No reception service after 23.
They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message.
I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least...
“Flott og moderne. Litt lytt da det ikke er lukke muligheter, men det er jo en studioleilighet. Greit kjøkken men mitt lite bestikk mv. da vi var 5 personer. Men ble løst med påfyll fra personal. Fin plass og greit utgangspunkt for turer til Eindhoven, Efteling, over grensen til Belgia mv.”

“The room was clean and spacious. We loved the bar, kids areas, and bar staff was very friendly. Within a 10-15 minute walk to the front gate of Efteling, and drive-able to other restaurants and shopping. We loved having a market directly beneath the hotel. We just wished there was at least a mini refrigerator and/or microwave in the room. We bought some perishables (cheese, meats) from the market and couldn't store them anywhere cold. ”

“The staff at the property were super friendly, and really seemed to enjoy interacting with children. They took their time to help with queries you had and never made you feel rushed. Really great team, thank you once again for making our stay memorable.
Breakfast was very good, only slight downside is that there was no toaster. The pillows were very high, and there weren't any flatter alternatives in the wardrobe. I asked the housekeeping team for a flatter pillow and they provided me with one....

"Fatiscente, sporco, a colazione le due cameriere preferivano stare a chiacchierare piuttosto che pulire i tavoli. Sollecitate a pulire il nostro tavolo, la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Praticamente le briciole e tutto il resto venivano semplicemente spostate con il panno umido lasciandole, in piu’, bagnate sul piano. Spegnendo la luce per riposare, veniva tolta la corrente alle prese sotto i comodini non ricaricando accumulatori, cellulari ecc"
