“We stayed here over a very busy May Day Bank Holiday. While we found hotel parking a bit pricey, we opted to park in the Premier Inn up the road, which was a convenient walk or a quick e-bike/scooter ride away. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, and the property was generally clean, though the bathroom did have some minor mould and water staining. While the check-in staff were a bit distant (neglecting to mention the local bus service), the real issue was...

“The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. “Excellent location for visiting IWM Duxford and only 10 minutes on the train to Cambridge. Janet and Simon couldn't have been more welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were really good with options for all tastes. Would stay again without hesitation.”
