“Firstly, every staff member I dealt with was very helpful and professional. What they maybe didn’t know, they certainly made up for with kindness. Just a constructive suggestion to know about routes/services to airport, costs of laundry… that’s helpful to be able to tell guests. The room and property is fairly old/worn. There was food left in my fridge from a previous guest, a stain on my bed sheet, a car air freshener slotted in the air conditioner to add fragrance to the room (?), a very...
