“Parking didn’t look safe at all. I asked for a 6 am wake up call and didn’t get one. The police were there on Saturday morning due to a husband and wife fighting with each other and their kid was running a muck everywhere. No fridge was on it the room like said online when we booked the room. My room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced after Friday night use had to reuse what was there. “Room was very clean but we were surprised that we booked a suite yet there wasn’t a door on the bedroom for privacy. That’s not a suite - it’s a studio and should have been charged that way. Secondly, neither TV would stream even though we tried multiple times. The remotes only worked intermittently.
