“The restaurant was closed at dinner. The pool was freezing cold, hot tub was not working. The breakfast was not available until 8 am which was not noted online so we ended up going to McDonald's for a meal that supposed to be in the price we paid. The A/C was not working properly. We will be sending our breakfast receipt in.”

“We recently stayed here and had a truly wonderful experience overall. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the property was very clean, and the hotel was walking distance to amenities. The only downside to our stay was the noise. While the tile floors look nice, and are undeniably clean, they unfortunately don't absorb much sound. “Stained and burnt sheets, bad smelling elevator. I didn’t feel safe leaving my vehicle outside. The people that hang around that property are not top notch ( if you catch my drift)…Makes you feel unsafe. We left shortly after check in. I felt loosing the price of the room and paying again to stay somewhere else would be cheaper than having my truck broken into. Definitely would not recommend.”

Checked out immediately (did not stay the night), staff told us we could get a refund through Expedia but 5 days later they have still not responded to Expedia’s emails and phone calls, so we are out CAD 144. “Overall room and main entry were clean. Basic breakfast provided. No other amenities. We stayed in a Mainfloor room with walkout which was helpful but did not have good light blocking window coverings so was quite bright in the morning. Would not be our first choice to stay in again but worked well.”
