“Do not be fooled by the location; it’s a very well run property, clean & cosy rooms, spacious enough (if you have a balcony also a plus), extremely helpful staff who’s always in touch with via WhatsApp. Thank you for the recommendations, too!!! 💜”

“This was a great place with a clean room, good location near the bus, easy check-in, and friendly staff. I would stay here again.”

“I informed them that I was arriving late to Check In and when I arrive the hotel there was absolutely nobody on site no Staff I called him several times. I paid for a taxi to get the cost of €200 and I cannot find on Facebook or Hotel to stay the night so I had to return to the hotel and sleep there. Very, very bad. I demand a refund and a apology.”

“Ho avuto problemi per accedere alla struttura e dopo 2 ore e decine di chiamate non pervenute ho dovuto cercare un’altra soluzione. Il giorno dopo ho avuto modo di parlare con la titolare della struttura che si diceva dispiaciuta e disponibile al rimborso,ma ad oggi non ho ricevuto alcuna notizia.”

“impeccabile, centrale. il totem al posto della reception... e vabbè.”

“Very good location, only AC is not good, Central air conditioning, some Guest feel cold, then turn off AC, make us can’t sleep, I turn on midnight, but just 10 seconds a man out from a room turn off again. I just asked why turn off ? Room is too hot, he say he is cold, cold use blanket keep you warm, don’t keep other people too hot. I think this hotel should do something for guest can control their own room. Other that everything is good.”
