“The breakfast could be extended a little more, but I understand that they were on a special occasion but they do not make the guests feel welcome. I didn't like the treatment yesterday in the middle of the event they had, especially one of the managers who didn't allow us to get on the advisor and we had to go up the ramp. Only the people who received my suitcase and one of the waitresses were the only ones who served us well.”

“Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The only downside was the dining area is closed for lunch. They do have a snack bar for when the restaurant is closed but was hoping for a meal. All in all, a good stay and will come back again. Staff was great.”

“We had to detour to this hotel after our original booking at another brand had water issues. Best decision we ever made rooftop pool and hot tub was spectacular. The staff were exceptional from the restaurant to the front desk to the cleaners. Everybody was amazing highly recommend very, very close to NRG Stadium, and easy to get to downtown via car or subway”

“Spacious, very clean, quiet room. Amazing beds. Covered parking garage on site, with private access, so it feels very safe, also, they have security personnel making rounds. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaning service is offered every third day, the hotel makes a note of that in the small card they attach to your room key. Didn't try the restaurant since we cooked in our room's kitchen.”

“This hotel is marketed as upscale and luxurious, but my experience was quite the opposite. After arriving late in the evening, around 11:45 PM, I was disappointed to find a room that felt extremely dated and in need of significant renovation. The furnishings and overall condition of the room gave an old, neglected impression, and cleanliness did not meet my expectations. The experience was so disappointing that, had it not been so late, I would have looked for alternative accommodations...

“If it walking distance to the NRG Stadium. The metro to Downtown Houston is a few blocks away. Uber to sites that you want to visit like Meow Wolf, Space Center tours pickup point is also an option. We did not use the shuttle offered by the hotel, we will try that next time. Great breakfast and we were on the second floor and had the best night sleep. The staff is wonderful and caring.”

“I had a very disappointing experience. I booked and paid a premium rate for a standard room during the World Cup, but was placed in an accessible room without being informed. We also needed extra bedding, and when I requested two additional pillows, I was told I could only have one because they couldn’t provide any more. My husband was staying in the hospital across the street and had to get over there early that morning. Housekeeping needs to vacuum better obviously”

“This is not a typical hotel—it's a mixed-use building that includes apartments, hotel rooms, and shared office space. I think this should be disclosed more clearly before booking. That said, the building itself is very nice, modern, and exceptionally clean. The room was beautiful, and the city views were outstanding. Waking up to the morning sunrise over the skyline was a real highlight of the stay. One thing to keep in mind is that there aren't many places within easy walking distance, so...
