“Excellent hotel! Beautiful property! Great food! ”

“I found the bathroom to be quite surprising. I noticed that the solid door had been replaced with a glass one. My 10-year-old son almost bumped into it, which was a bit concerning. Also, the transparent glass allows you to see inside the bathroom, which might not be ideal for all guests. I believe these aspects could be improved to make the experience more comfortable for families.”

“Breakfast was fresh. They were already breaking it down and stopped coffee by 9:40 when it shows to be served til 10am. Check in guy was nice when he got to us, but we were not a priority and had to wait because the other worker didn’t want to stop to check us in. Nothing that was a big deal. Just irritating when it’s late & you’re ready to get settled. ”

“This was a good, hotel in a great district with some very nice amenities. The staff are lovely and the shuttle is fantastic. I didn’t use the pool or spa so can’t speak to this. The rooms are not as luxury boutique as I was expecting but they were certainly comfortable, just a bit in need of renovation- at least in the section of the hotel in which I was placed. Beds were truly comfy. Coffee in hallways was nice for the morning! ”

“Modern BnB was a pleasant surprise. It is in a wonderful location, clean, extremely comfortable, everyone we meet couldn't have been kinder, and breakfast had everything we wanted. I visited with my sister and they put us in rooms across from each other with a shared area that was a very pleasant surprise. Overall, we had an exceptional experience. ”

“Loved staying at this brand new accommodation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Tiffany at the front desk. The rooms are luxurious and clean with amazing views of Houston. The workout area in an entire floor and rivals the best gym I've been to. And, there are gorgeous places to sit and relax or work on the outdoor decks or the many lounge areas inside. Don't hesitate to stay here.”
