“The room was okay but could have been cleaner and some things need updated. The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was great. We always try to stay at a Staybridge Suites because the rooms are big. We had one issue when someone else had a key to our room and didnt knock they just tried to enter but luckily we had the security lock on and when the door hit that they left fast before we could see who was there. I'm glad we were in the room and they left. If we weren't there we don't know what would...

“Was terrible place to stay”

“Great location, you can walk to restaurants and shops. The elevator was broken, not a huge deal since there are 2 - I didn’t mind the stairs. The only thing I can really say negative was that we didn’t get any cable channels…. I had to log into Netflix with our personal account. The room was clean. The couch was kinda grimy with stains- we didn’t use it. Staff was nice.”

“Staff made up for the negative. Two bugs I bathroom and drain in tub need serious cleaner or bleach poured in it to soak. Blood stain on the mattress pad.”

“Under construction and the dumpster made the whole property stink. But the staff was nice. Pool was great. Great breakfast.”

“Old. Damp smell, sheets didn't smell clean at all. Chipped paint and doors, sloppy paint, old drafty windows. Needs a total gut job. Bunch of ppl I was afraid to encounter there with old bearer cars. Think of an old grungy hotel you see in the movies where hookers live. Or the guy on the run hides out.....”

“Breakfast was ok, staff ok, my room was good but grand daughters room had many ants, she reported to staff and lady said they could move her but there was no one there to check her room till morning. I stay in many hotels and never heard of such response. Would not recommend ”

“The breakfast was pretty standard. My biggest complaint was the confusion with the checkout process. They added a charge for incidentals which was confusing as well as difficult to get straight on my charge card.”

“Terrible! Building is under construction inside the elevator and floors in the building were dirty, the bed was so worn down it felt like I was sleeping on the ground. There was a large gap under the door, the hallway lights lit up our room. Also they charge $10 for parking but don’t tell you until after they charge your card for it. ”
