“We arrived to the hotel and while checking in at the front desk, my wife noticed a cockroach crawling near the front desk and floor area. Needless to stay we canceled immediately and left.”

“We had a very good stay at Staybridge Suites Holland by IHG. The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. Eric was a gentleman and made the check-in process easy. He also explained everything we needed to know clearly. The hotel was nice and quiet, which made the stay comfortable. We used the pool and spa, and both were nice.
