“A newer property and an excellent one! The room used its space perfectly, the staff was great, and the breakfast was really nice. The pool had an accessible component to it that you don’t see in many places. Will come back!”

“Where to begin? The desk lady presented herself as if she was doing you a favor for unlocking the door and receiving a guest. When given a key and basically informed that I was on my own from there out, I unlocked my room door and discovered the following: Admittedly, the room was clean. However, the room felt like a room an ex-convict would be given just after release from prison. The lighting was cold with no bedside table lamps. In the bathroom there were two tiny bars of the cheapest “soap”...

“The "Woodstock Inn and Suites" are represented by Expedia. On the site, it says that there is a complimentary breakfast, but there was not any breakfast. The receptionist told us that they discontinued the complimentary breakfast, but that Expedia won't remove that from the listing. That was a disappointment. There was also confusion about available overnight parking. It took some time to figure out where we could park. Eventually the receptionist provided us with a parking...

“All was excellent except for a noisy heat pump fan in the breakfast room which could not be disabled (at the time we were there, anyway), perhaps it's been fixed subsequently). We took our breakfast outside. Love the location near the waterfront,”

“My family and I walked in after an arduous day of travel, the warm welcome we received erased all the horrible events that occurred during our travel day. The service and the staff provided superior service, exceptional!!!! I have already recommended this stay to friends and we will definitely will be returning. They made our stay at the Clonmel Castle feel like home away from home. Breakfast was our favorite meal, fresh, all natural and little to no preservatives. TRULY EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!”

“Room floor dirty and exterior air intake extremely noisy inside of room requiring ear plugs to get any sleep. On day 3 of our stay, had to ask for room to be cleaned and made up however left no hand soap which we were out of, didn’t replace bathroom tissue or Kleenex which we were out of, and didn’t make beds up. Front desk staff had poor understanding of English language.”
