“L'hotel 5 stelle presenta alta professionalità, non certo inferiore agli standard europei. Il personale è molto attento e gentile. Il cibo è curato e ben servito: al momento erano attivi 3 ristoranti con proposte diverse da scegliere. Le camere sono accoglienti e spaziose. Abbiamo apprezzato i materiali e le finiture di qualità, e la personalità della hall, arredata con oggetti locali. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto. Con una piacevole passeggiata serale abbiamo raggiunto...

“Absolutely excellent. Great staff everywhere. The local employees from Cotonou were the very best in courtesy, willingness to assist and offer information. Only one white woman who apparently is “boss” was rude by speaking rudely to an employee that was helping me when she interrupted us and gave him her keys and ordered him to go bring things from a car… employee was very professional and finished his assistance to me before moving on. Køleskab på vores værelse. ++ Ikke på alle. Taxachaffør kan anbefales af hotellet. Man kan på forespørgsel få lidt andet til morgenmad. Noget uden og noget mod ekstra betaling.”

“L'hotel e' comodo, ben posizionato e ben organizzato. Si possono usare le strutture del vicino Novotel (piscina, palestra) e quindi molto comodo. Purtroppo, le camere sono sprovviste di minbar e frigo, che rende il soggiorno meno comodo. In generale, un ottima scelta per un business trip in Benin. Per viaggi di paicere, ci sono migliori strutture, ma solamente per dormire l'hotel e' sufficiente. Lo staff e' gentile, e parla anche inglese.”

“I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed...

“I love this hotel. It is right across from the beach. Service is excellent. Cédrick is the best at the pool bar. The rooftop is a great spot for dinner or drinks and they have shisha.”

“We only stayed here one night, but the staff were so friendly and accomodating. The rooms are HUGE. Breakfast was very filling, we were offered eggs, an assortment of bread, salad, fruit, juice, tea and coffee. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games out on the terrace. The manager, Toby, was very friendly and our kids loved his dog, Moon.”
