“The hotel was outdated,our room specially is old and the bathroom is old ,facilities old,the flush is weak in the toilet.Location is ok ,it's in the city,but in the 6th floor seems haunted where we were assigned.its like nobody was there except us.Staff are okay breakfast is ok.”

While it provides a wonderful setting for our stay, there are a few minor hiccups to be aware of. Sadly, toothbrush and toothpaste are not included, so make sure to pack your essentials. “The place looks very old and need a huge renovation and updated beds, bedding, tv and other appliance. The bathroom was terrible. It felt like I stayed in a very very old hotel. Very unlikely that I will stay again unless there will be a remodeling and updated appliance.”

“This was a scam , they took my payment but did not have a room available , the contact numbers did not work and the emails I sent were not answered. I waited for three hours outside in the hot sun after travelling for 27 hours, I need my money returned ASAP”

“i stayed in Traveller's Inn last year and there is much improvement from that time. the wifi is very strong, they supplied us now with shampoo, soap, even toiletries like toothbrush/toothpaste, etc. the service was excellent and it is just 5 minutes from our office. i hope they will have a weighing scale next year so we can measure the yummy pasalubongs we get from davao to bring home to manila!”

“Water pressure in bathroom was poor. Ongoing problems with opening room door, need staff each time. Breakfast was of lesser quality than expected. Good location for our needs.”

“I do not recommend staying in this condotel at all. The property owner is out of reach which made the check in very stressful, The room that I reserved was not the actual room they provided. The photos they posted in the booking site is totally misleading. What you see, is not what you get.”

“Upon arrival I found the room to be really dirty, only one towel, the television wasn’t working, no toilet seat, a dry loogy in the sink, and the walls had what looked like boogers on it, so I went to request another room and the clerk did switch me. She took me to another room and she had me check to see if the toilet seat was good and I agreed.
