“It was disgusting”

“When something goes wrong there is no one to sort it out. We arrived Tuesday late afternoon and found our tv was not working, we told the girls cleaning the rooms the following day as we were leaving who made the comment “ that’s another one to add to the list “”

Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Chiudendo a chiave la porta del bagno interno si restava bloccati per la maniglia semirotta!.Per tre volte (su sei) non ci hanno rifatto la stanza!!!.
