“Basic but clean and polite, no complaints.”

“There is no breakfast. It says a heated pool, but it was freezing and full of hair. No filter going at all for it! Staff was very short and snippy when we would ask any questions”

“Nice stay for needing to be there the day before a big event. Had all we needed. Not white glove clean but decent. Enjoyed the tv because at home we don’t have basic cable just streaming services so it was nice to scroll the tv guide and watch shows and sports channels. Staff was pleasant. It was quiet which was nice. ”

“The room was big but smelled like stale Virginia Slim cigarette smoke, which made sleeping hard, maybe it was caught in the carpet or walls. The place looked like a recent low budget renovation had occurred, emphasizing LOW BUDGET. People gave this an average 8 out of 10 and at best it’s a 5/6. The bed was actually very comfortable but that was really the only highlight. ”

“Breakfast was meh. Warm foods were out, had to hunt for plates, spoons and forks that were also out. Staff member seemed annoyed when asked for extras. Hot tub was nice, which was our main reason for coming to this location. Room was spotless. 😊 overall, we’d stay again. ”

“Hotel looks outdated for the price that we are paying. Staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Personally need update on the rooms, carpet , sheets. Outdated. Not typical for Hyatt but this one definitely needed it”
