They don’t clean any rooms, they are in no way helpful, they always acted like we were an inconvenience when we would ask any questions. When we first entered the hotel we were met with a man at the front desk that started yelling at us because we waited at the wrong place to get picked up even tho we asked them several times where to get picked up and they weren’t answering us. My heart medication got stolen from my bag at the airport and I thought I was going to have to cancel my trip. Minerva and Debbie sprang into action and found a local pharmacy that was able to fill my Rx right away and then still get me to the airport in time for my international flight to attend a friends wedding.
