“I’ve stayed here a few times. I have a family member that needs hospital care on occasion. This hotel is 10 min from Bailey Medical. There’s a QuickTrip in the parking lot. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff is FANTASTIC. Breakfast is decent. Honestly cannot beat this for the price. I believe they also shuttle to the airport. ”

“The breakfast menu was good with a nice selection. The room, lobby and dining room were all very clean and bright. Parking was easy. Nearby shopping was an added bonus. ”

“theres no kitchen, a refrig and micro, i parked near the stairs and was left a note in the am that im not to park there and i will be towed, this was my first night. the doors dont close properly, security is an issue”

“We arrived at 8 in the evening, and the 2 rooms were not cleaned yet on a Saturday night. So we had to wait after a long day of work. Both rooms were booked with 2 queen beds, but we got single beds. 2 grown up guys had to sleep in one room, one bed. But not enough, at 1 am water started dripping onto the bed from the AC unit. There is no person at the reception, just a phone on the wall… what else can I say. I was expecting Expedia to make the cancellation and refund process easy. We are here...

“Clean”

“One pillow no case. No toilet paper or towels. Light bulbs everywhere. Lose on the ground counter tops etc. No blanket and tv didn't work either.”

“I will NEVER use Expedia again. You jeopardized my safety and I was never fully compensated for my Trust in booking with you. I need a FULL refund before engaging deeper.”

“The attendant refused to check us in. My ID was stolen and the system failed and refused to change the name so I could get checked in. I will be seeking a refund. I had to book another facility. After pulling off and paying for another room I was notified they checked us in as arrived after refusing service. ”
