Hotel vicino a Owl Head Promenade - Pembroke

“My stay was okay for a quick overnight stay. It seems the property needs some TLC. I pulled up to the property not landscaped or mowed, people tailgating and sunbathing in the parking lot. My door was dented which didn't look so good. The room had a certain smell that was covered up with a citrus spray prior to my getting into the room. They did provide a refrigerator, water, snacks and coffee service set up in the room. The AC unit was loud going on and off all night. Not much you can do about...

“Camera con vista autostrada ed i rumori delle macchine si sentivano. Struttura datata sia nei corridoi che nelle camere. Non era presente nemmeno un sapone ma una piccola boccetta da versare sulle mani. Mai visto prima. Avevamo prenotato per 5 una camera con due letti qeen ed in divano letto, ma il divano letto non era preparato e non erano presenti nemmeno le lenzuola. Colazione pessima in una posizione improponibile. La colazione è servita nella piccola reception e per uscire nella veranda...

“Paid extra for a balcony, balcony was soaking wet (probably from the AC), not safe to sit on, slightly wobbly. The light from the outside lights and the lights in the hallways make the room so bright (very poor seal around door and poor curtain coverage) my child wouldn’t sleep. Advertised there is a bathtub (for my child) and there wasn’t, bathroom has been nicely renovated but we chose this place because a bath tub was advertised. “There was dried up blood all over the sheets and they made us change them, not the housekeepers. The blood was also all over the box spring. It was definitely a health hazard. I had asked to change my room and then said it would be an extra $50 how ridiculous!”
