“super new! very clean.”

“No daily service. Paper thin walls- can hear the neighbors pillow talk and family planning session at 2.30am. Guests having cell phone convos in the hall at 11pm. Other guest partying in the parking lot hanging by their commercial vehicles. The room window did not seal shut to mitigate the noise. Guest Trash was piled near the hall exits. There was NO exterior security access door- anyone could walk into the common areas at all hrs. Even for basic accomodations, major shortcomings.”

“My daughter and I stayed here for the mother-daughter Gilmore Girls trip and I can't say enough good things. From the first moment of walking in the door, the view of the Housatonic River was breathtaking. The beds are gorgeous and so comfortable. The room is very spacious and relaxing. The little soaps provided are premium and smell so good. We will definitely be back. “Property is well kept. Smells amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and replenished as needed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Parking garage is a plus and location was easily accessible and quiet. Would stay again”

“Our stay was for 3 nights . The room was clean and comfortable and quiet . It is pet friendly which alot of pets where staying there I never heard any barking. Staff everyday came in and tidy up bed and added towels. Breakfast was very good. We stopped in at the bar/restaurant and had a few beverages and staff was very friendly and attentive. We will be coming back again.”

“The girl at counter initially helpful- one employee down- so she had too Much to do- graduation weekend- chaos- our room was not acceptable- ac malfunctioning, no other room available - banking like crazy - girl couldn’t help - overwhelmed With customers. Booked thru Expedia- so they intervened and we got our money back- the hotel initially didn’t want to do that. Maybe other times the hotel is ok- might be just one off”
