“The property has impressive views even with overcast skies, very relaxing layout, and off the busy streets, so its quiet. Ventura is a nice city with everything nearby and plenty to do. We loved being able to pop back forth with all the different events, and the home is just up the hill. We can't coment on the sunsets as we didn't see the sun during our 5 day stay, but we assume it's really nice when it happens! “Overall great stay. House needs some work. Dishwasher not working, kitchen not very well stocked. Submitted a claim for the dishwasher and never heard back from anyone. But this I would put on Vacasa and not necessarily the host. But the view was gorgeous and lots of room. Gave 5 star because it was very clean and it is beautiful. Issues we had were just inconveniences.”

“The bungalow, with the two bedrooms, was the perfect size for our family of four. We were able to cook and enjoy leisurely, quiet breakfasts, and comfortably take care of some work on our laptops as well. The kids loved the short walk down the block to the beach every day. We also really enjoyed the proximity of the bungalow to everything!”

The set-up was great, kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Tech stuff all worked. Plenty of beach toys for the little ones. I live in the area and needed a BIG place for all my family and this worked out very well. Would stay again.”

“Walk to the beach. Nice hottub. Well apportioned furniture, some older items. Has everything you need in an apartment. Tiffany was great, easy to work with in setting up the booking, responsive to our needs and very likable. I would stay here again and highly recommend it!”
