“Clean, nice staff, good breakfast.”

“The rooms were clean and they were pretty busy but the rooms were pretty noise proof. My only upset thing was we took our 5 year old to the pool and there was a group of 5 men, some were swimming and some just sat by the pool. They were cussing, drinking, and smoking. One gentleman even spit his beer on the concrete right by the pool. We left after being at the pool for 10 minutes, I left the front desk know but she didn’t seem to care that the guest were being disruptive and careless”

“The elevator smelled like marijuana, the room smelled like a locker room, huge stain on the carpet, rust in the tub, light on one side of the bed did not work, light on the mirror in bathroom did not work, huge tear in the shade. We were in 303.”

“We showed up at 12:45 am because our concert was postponed. They would not let us check in even though we had already paid and reserved the room. We want our money back.”

“The grounds are beautiful. The front desk staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the freeway. No dining options in the immediate vicinity but a short drive and everything is available”

“Loved my stay there! Staff were friendly breakfast was tasty and neatly prepared. The bar area was nice as well. If you have food that you need to warm up you will have to ask for a microwave. There’s no microwave in the room. Other than that it was great.”

“The Star on Spring was one of the prettiest places I have ever stayed! It smelled amazing. Every detail had been thought of, even the towels and hairdryers were top of the line! They made our anniversary trip so special. The area around the hotel is such a cute, up and coming place area. Lots to do within a few blocks. We will definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone we know! Thanks for a great weekend!”
