“Parking was easy and safe. We did not stay for breakfast ”

“The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise.”

“When we arrived there was trash left in our room, I guess the person who cleaned it left it behind. I called the front desk and they changed our run immediately. The new room had a broken desk, which is a problem because there wasn’t enough table top space to put things. The hotel was generally clean. The patio was rained on so the outdoor games hadn’t been wiped down. We got napkins and wiped them ourselves. The staff were accommodating and nice enough. Bar was fine, they gave us two drinks...

“What a beautifully restored Victorian (?) mansion! We spent 2 nights while visiting Bethlehem for our grandson’s Army commissioning at Lehigh University ‘s ROTC department. Our room, #12 was beautifully furnished with antiques and had a fireplace. The bed was very comfortable.with ample pillows. We look forward to staying there again next time we visit Bethlehem.”

“Clean and comfortable with easy parking. Staff is very helpful and friendly.”

“Cleaning services were spotty. Front desk is hit or miss. Stayed in 2 separate rooms. Asked front desk if we could split the room charges between 2 credit cards. Was told absolutely. On the morning of check out they placed both rooms on my card 2 hours prior to check out. They were not willing to correct. Several of the front desk people are not friendly or helpful.”
