“This was our second stay here, but unfortunately our last. We were greeted very well by the young lady on duty when we checked in at 3:00. However, our room had a mattress that needs to be replaced, (it made a noise every time I got up to go to the bathroom, which woke my husband up). “The check in process was very smooth and the staff courteous. I appreciated the friendliness of the front desk associate. The breakfast was fresh and coffee well made. I felt safe on the property and didn't experience any uncomfortable situations. “The staff were very nice. It was a clean hotel but , the bathroom need to be done over! The curtains was to short, the water didn’t work good in the shower & I at the end of the stay I realized we was in a handicapped room!”

“IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW.
