“Amazing customer service from the get go! Before we arrived, I had the pleasure of speaking with, Michelle, to assure we'd be able to access our room after the office closed because we were making a 4 hr drive to the coast. Michelle was extremely pleasant and helpful of what to expect upon our arrival. Along with Michelle, the gentleman working the desk was also helpful and pleasant. “The rooms were clean and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Only complaint - there was not much water pressure and the water was not that hot. For the wonderful view and other comforts, it was well worth the stay. Will come back to the Ester Lee Oceanview Inn.”
