Questa proprietà viene affittata solo una volta al mese. I panorami sono mozzafiato e la posizione non potrebbe essere migliore. Si trova proprio dall'altra parte della strada rispetto all'oceano, a Berwick Park e al sentiero pedonale / ciclabile lungo la costa. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal caratteristico centro di Pacific Grove, l'acquario di fama mondiale di Monterey Bay (sono inclusi 2 congegni), lo storico Cannery Row e Lover's Point Beach. Dove è possibile noleggiare biciclette, kayak e tutti i tipi di giochi da spiaggia. Fisherman's Wharf è a soli 5 minuti a piedi oltre Cannery Row. Ci sono diversi campi da golf a meno di 1 miglio di distanza.
Abbiamo nuovi divani belli e comodi. C'è un letto king size e un letto queen size. Così come un futon e un letto pieghevole. Abbiamo tende oscuranti nelle camere da letto per il vostro comfort. C'è una lavanderia separata con molto spazio per riporre L'arredamento è moderno con un tema di mare. Non appena si entra in una sensazione di spaziosità e relax ti riempie. La casa ha tutti i comfort, tra cui una lavanderia e una cucina completamente attrezzata. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono lussuosi. Caffè, tè spezie, olio d'oliva e condimenti sono forniti per l'uso. La zona giorno è al piano superiore e le camere da letto sono al piano inferiore, tutte le camere hanno vista sull'oceano. C'è un vero camino nel soggiorno, con la TV sospesa sopra, blu-ray wi-fi e streaming disponibili. Cavo Xfinity con tutti i canali possibili. Piani di titolo in tutto con tappeti area. Nuovo tavolo alto e le sue sedie sul ponte per farti godere la cena e la vista!

Oceanfront

Exceptional location. A lot of daily traffic from 6am to 11pm. Kitchen has most everything you need. Carport parking was beneficial. Lots of stairs from carport to house and inside house from living area to bedrooms. No patio on balcony of your own to sit and enjoy ocean views. Property manager is friendly and incredibly responsive.

Heaven on Earth!

Just as described, heavenly views, plenty of room, well supplied, excellent location for a quiet vacation. Our host was very responsive to any question and made us feel right at home. It was wonderful!

View of the ocean - awesome

We stayed here for a month and enjoyed the close proximity to the ocean and ability to walking trails both directions, quick/easy walking access to Monterey as well as many PG eateries. The amazing Pacific Ocean, Lovers Point view out the large plate glass windows cannot be surpassed! Fully furnished 2 bed/2 bath townhome. Already booked another month next year.

I really enjoyed staying here. The view from upstairs was amazing, and the house was conveniently located and very clean. Anna made sure to resolve any kind of problems ASAP. I’ll definitely come back to stay again in near future.

Ocean Delight

Awesome location right across the street from the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck listening to the ocean waves and birds. The walks were peaceful by the water. The condo was tastefully decorated. Thank you Anna!

Great location and very responsive host

We know Pacific Grove so picking the right location was made very easy with this selection. The host was responsive before our booking and remained engaged with us when we were there for our month long visit. Anna cares about ensuring a positive stay - which we greatly appreciated. Although we ate out occasionally we mostly ate at home. The kitchen has high end cookware. All the appliances were is good shape and easy to use, including the washer and dryer in a separate utility room. (Even guest passes to the close by Monterey Bay Aquarium are included. ) We have used short term rentals often in our travel and would strongly recommend Anna’s place. You will not regret it!!

Spectacular view!

Loved staying here. A very comfortable apartment in a great location. Right across from the walking path along the ocean. A nice park also right across the street. We walked every day. Easy access to a variety of restaurants. Well equipped apartment for a very comfortable stay. We certainly hope to come back!

Fabulous!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay and the ocean views were even better than advertised! This was a great place to totally relax and unwind. Deer in the park across the street almost every day and walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, downtown Pacific Grove and Canary Row was wonderful. Thanks Anna for allowing us to stay - we'll be planning a future return visit!

Great views

You couldn't ask for a better location or better views. It was great to return to my hometown and spend some time here. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked with pots/pans/utensils....pretty much everything you need. It's an easy walk to the grocery store, to the beach, and to downtown PG. We would definitely stay here again.

Pacific Grove gem

It was an absolute pleasure spending time in this Pacific Grove gem.  The location could not be better: allowing one to enjoy strolling, biking, kayaking, farm-marketing, swimming, grocery shopping, dining - all within easy walking distance.  Although situated on a main road, the living area (open concept living, dining, kitchen) of the unit is upstairs, making it possible for you to look out at the ocean and, even at the people enjoying the lovely little park across the way, with uninterrupted views and minimal traffic noise.  And, during our stay, the commercial fishing boats were fascinating to watch during the day and beautifully lit at night.  We also managed to spot whales and dolphins, not to mention the ubiquitous otters.  Quite a treat.   This 2 bdrm, 2 bath apt is fully appointed.  There is literally nothing you will need other than personal belongings.  Just about every kitchen gadget and small appliance, as well as full (more than enough) table and glass ware, pots, pans ... .  In the kitchen you will also find spices, oils, vinegars, sugar, etc, as owner encourages renters to leave these items for those coming later.  Huge help.  Bathrooms have hair dryers, shampoos, and so much more.  Plenty of beach towels and a few beach chairs.  Jigsaw puzzle and games too, as well as coloring books and pencils, crossword book, lots of paperbacks, blue-ray discs.....  To top it all, the owner is very pleasant and easy to work with: despite not living nearby, she is quickly - and graciously - responsive to any of your needs.    Our stay in this apartment was over 2 months in the midst of the complications and difficulties of Covid-19.  With so much uncertainty going on around us, the unit provided us with a haven of peace, an oasis of tranquility.   Thank you, Anna.

Wonderful PG hideaway.

My husband's company rented the Seahorse for a month and I was lucky enough to get to stay there for a few weekends. Great location right across the street from the beach. Clean, quiet and nicely decorated with all the amenities you might need for a comfortable stay. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and VIEWS that never get old. Bonus to have the aquarium passes as well - Enjoy!
