“The property was clean and furniture was comfortable and in good condition. The beds were comfortable too. It was in a good location close to the beach, restaurants, and access to the highway. My only complaint was that there was no hot water coming out of the downstairs shower. "Esperienza complessivamente molto positiva. La posizione è eccellente, comoda per visitare San Francisco e con un parcheggio a pochissimi passi dall’hotel. Abbiamo soggiornato in una suite con cucina, molto spaziosa e comoda anche per una famiglia di 4 persone, con un piacevole terrazzo. Gli ambienti e gli arredi sono un po’ classici, ma nel complesso la sistemazione è risultata confortevole e funzionale. La colazione viene servita nel locale adiacente, con una buona proposta in tipico stile americano. Unica nota negativa la fase iniziale del check-in, piuttosto problematica: è servita un po’ di insistenza per risolvere la situazione, ma alla fine il personale ha trovato una soluzione soddisfacente. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole che consiglierei soprattutto per l’ottima posizione e gli ampi spazi delle suite."
