“Under construction big time! Had to walk a lot. No parking. Staff was hard to contact especially front desk! But the pools are the best!!!!”

“We stayed in one of the penthouse suites that had a Jacuzzi tub in the room. Only three of the seven jets worked in the tub and they put some rough grip tape on the bottom of the tub to keep you from sliding but it was super sharp and very painful to sit on. We ended up putting a towel underneath us. The carpet was super gross and stained and should have been replaced many years ago. The room was cozy and we ate breakfast on our balcony.”

She stayed in the room for a couple hours without us and we were worried that she would be barking and disturb the residents. When we got back Ali assured us that she had only yelped a bit for the last 15-20 minutes before we got back and that there are other dog owners on the first floor so they understand. “The location was great at the top of Main Street in Park City, the room, staff and property left something to be desired. Room: bed not completely made, shower curtain ripped, towels had holes, no dead bolt or safe on door. Staff: never had anyone at front desk answer the phone - not one time in the 7 attempts over 4 months I tried - sad. Property: we were in the building on Park Ave - trash overflowing cans and one had been ripped over so trash cascading down the hill to the hot tub; 3 huge...
