“It was a good experience, all the staff including frontdesk, cleaning and restaurant were very helpful.
The room was clean with good facilities, free laundry services (4 washing and 4 dry machines). The breakfast was great with Chinese and western flavors.
Location of the hotel is convenience, less than 70m from MTR station. will stay again”

The exercise area is located in a building next to the main building and is reasonably equipped. “I loved the design, the staff (young, fun and very careful). The location per se is also fantastic, next to the XiHu; but I think the humidity is a real problem. They have put dehumidifiers everywhere but still, it smells a bad. Therefore, I think I have paid way too much for an hotel that has such a problem… that’s not good for your health. I stayed just 1 night.”
