“Booked 1 bedroom with double beds and sofa pull out and somehow ended up with two connecting rooms with a king bed. I had a family member get sick throughout our trip and this mistake was God send. I didn’t catch her name but the front desk agent was an absolute Angel. I needed a wheelchair for my parent (she was sick) and a sister hotel had a wheelchair and was able to accommodate us. It was a small effort to check if another hotel had a wheelchair but she did it and for that I’m extremely...

“Stanza pulita con finestra apribile, arredo essenziale e gradevole, doccia grande, biancheria di buon livello. Colazione soddisfacente, macchietta per jl caffè e micronde disponili in camera. Ottimo il servizio shuttle da/per aeroporto. L'hotel si trova a dustanza percirribile a piedi da Penña Station da cui si raggiunge la città in pochi minuti. ”
