Gentilissima Renata, Come prima cosa vogliamo ringraziarla per aver scelto il nostro SBH Fuerteventura Playa per le sue vacanze a Fuerteventura e per condividere la sua esperienza con noi e con gli altri lettori di Expedia. Siamo spiacenti di non si sia poluta divertire nel nostro hotel. Costa Calma è generalmente un piccolo posto tranquillo. Ci sono alcuni negozi, bar e ristoranti, ma per coloro che vogliono più varietà, c'è Jandia, a 20 minuti di macchina. Ci sono più opportunità di shopping. Siamo molto orgogliosi che ospiti di diverse nazionalità trascorrano le loro vacanze con noi (tedeschi, inglesi, francesi, italiani, spagnoli e molto altro). Il nostro team di manutenzione è in servizio ogni giorno per riparare piccoli difetti e, se necessario, assiste gli ospiti con qualsiasi cosa di cui possano aver bisogno. Questo garantisce il mantenimento del nostro standard 4 *. Allo stesso tempo vorremmo dire che è in programma una ristrutturazione. Le cameriere puliscono le stanze 5 volte a settimana. Questa informazione è anche pubblicata in tutti i cataloghi. Ma in caso di necessità dei nostri clienti potremmo avvisare la reception perché abbiamo sempre un servizio di pulizia che funziona tutti i giorni. Il nostro personale di servizio prova a pulire i tavoli il prima possibile dopo l'uso. A volte non è possibile garantire questo in ogni momento, specialmente quando l'hotel è a pieno regime e nelle ore punta. Per quanto riguarda le stoviglie, vorremmo dire che i piatti, bicchieri e posate, possono uscire dalla macchina di pulizia e disinfezione, in casi rari con macchie di calcare o non adeguatamente puliti. In ogni caso le stovigle vengono ispezionati prima di essere collocate, nel caso sia necessario si lavano di nuovo. Siamo molto sorpresi della vostra dichiarazione e ci scusiamo. Lo sentimos que no haya disfrutado mucho su estancia con nosotros ya que nuestro gran objetivo es cumplir todas las expectativas de nuestros huéspedes. Nuestro personal de mantenimiento trabaja cada día para mantener nuestro hotel en un estándar de 4* y reparan pequeños defectos de inmediato. De todas formas hemos planificado de renovar nuestro hotel pero todavía no tenemos una fecha en concreta. Queremos pedirle disculpas sinceramente por los insectos en su habitación. Nos gustaría informarle que tenemos una política estricta en cuanto a fumigación y erradicación de plagas. Pero debido a las condiciones climáticas no solamente nosotros sufrimos de esto sino también muchos hoteles. Cada semana llevamos a cabo controles específicos para mantenerlos alejados de nuestras instalaciones. Sin embargo, hemos reenviado inmediatamente su comentario al director para revisar esto urgentemente. We can guarantee you a 4* Standard in all aspects of the hotel. We are very sorry that you don’t see it that way. We have our maintenance team which works daily to maintain our 4* standards. They repair minor faults and help our guests whenever they need a hand. We planned to renovate our hotel in the future, but we do not have an exact date yet. We are very sorry that you did not find our beds comfortable. Please keep in mind that each and every guest has different sleeping habits therefore it is very difficult to fulfil the expectations. We want that our guests sleep well and so we offer soft blankets or special pads that can be placed under the sheets. Near of our hotel (just 3 min walk) you can enjoy bars, restaurants and shopping centre. Furthermore on Sundays and Wednesday Costa Calma offers a local market which is also located near of the hotel. The bus stops are just a short walk (2-3min) from the hotel and connect to Jandia (15min). There you find a wide range of bars, restaurants, shops. Thank you for your praise for our food. The variety and quality of our food is very important to us and our chefs prepare everything freshly on a daily basis. Furthermore we have themed night such as a Spanish night. Concerning the prices for the beach loungers we would like to mention that this is a public beach, which is regulated by law in Spain. The loungers and sunshades are operated by an independent company and therefore are charged.
